MineWatch 利用規約

本規約は、MineWatch（以下「本アプリ」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく際は、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。

1. サービス内容

本アプリは、利用者が登録した Minecraft サーバーの稼働状況（オンライン状態・接続人数・応答速度等）を、一般公開されている Server List Ping を通じて確認できるユーティリティアプリです。

本アプリは非公式であり、Minecraft を開発・運営する Mojang Synergies AB および Microsoft Corporation とは一切関係がありません。

2. アカウント

本アプリの利用には、Apple または Google のアカウントによるサインインが必要です。アカウントに関する情報の管理責任は利用者にあります。第三者によるアカウントの不正利用が疑われる場合は、速やかにアプリ内の設定画面からアカウントを削除するか、開発者までご連絡ください。

3. 禁止事項

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 本アプリのサーバーやネットワークに過度な負荷をかける行為
• 本アプリの逆コンパイル・リバースエンジニアリング等（法令で認められる場合を除く）
• 他者になりすます行為
• その他、開発者が不適切と判断する行為

4. 監視対象サーバーについて

本アプリは、利用者が自ら登録した Minecraft サーバーに対し、一般公開されている Server List Ping プロトコルで状態を取得します。監視対象サーバーの管理・運営には一切関与しません。監視対象サーバーとの間で生じたトラブル（アクセス制限、当該サーバー独自の規約違反等）について、開発者は責任を負いません。

5. 知的財産権

本アプリおよび本アプリに関する一切の知的財産権は、開発者または正当な権利者に帰属します。Minecraft は Mojang Synergies AB および Microsoft Corporation の商標です。

6. 免責事項

• 本アプリは現状有姿で提供され、その完全性・正確性・有用性について、明示または黙示を問わず一切保証しません。
• 本アプリが取得・表示する監視結果は、監視対象サーバーが公開する情報に基づくものであり、その正確性・即時性を保証しません。
• 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、開発者は法令上許容される最大限の範囲で責任を負いません。
• 開発者は、予告なく本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を中断・終了することがあります。

7. アカウントの停止・削除

開発者は、利用者が本規約に違反したと判断した場合、事前の通知なくアカウントの利用を停止できるものとします。利用者はいつでもアプリ内の設定からアカウントを削除できます。

8. サービス内容の変更・終了

開発者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または本アプリの提供を終了することができます。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、開発者は責任を負いません。

9. 準拠法・管轄

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、開発者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

10. 本規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

MineWatch Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MineWatch ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The App is a utility that lets you check the status of Minecraft servers you register (online status, player count, response time, etc.) via the publicly available Server List Ping protocol.

The App is unofficial and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang Synergies AB or Microsoft Corporation, the developers of Minecraft.

2. Account

Using the App requires signing in with an Apple or Google account. You are responsible for managing your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, please delete your account from the Settings screen promptly or contact the developer.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You must not, in connection with your use of the App:

• Violate any applicable law or public order and morals
• Place excessive load on the App's servers or network
• Decompile or reverse-engineer the App, except as permitted by law
• Impersonate another person
• Engage in any other conduct the developer deems inappropriate

4. Monitored Servers

The App retrieves status information from Minecraft servers you register, using the publicly available Server List Ping protocol. The developer is not involved in the administration or operation of any monitored server and is not responsible for any dispute arising between you and a monitored server (such as access restrictions or violations of that server's own rules).

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App belong to the developer or the applicable rights holders. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB and Microsoft Corporation.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to its completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Monitoring results shown by the App are based on information made public by the monitored servers, and their accuracy or timeliness is not guaranteed.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.
• The developer may change the App's content, or suspend or discontinue the App, without prior notice.

7. Suspension and Termination of Accounts

The developer may suspend an account without prior notice if it determines that you have violated these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the App's Settings.

8. Changes to or Discontinuation of the Service

The developer may change the App's content, or discontinue the App, without prior notice to you. The developer is not liable for any damages you incur as a result.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the developer's location as the court of first instance.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. If we make significant changes, we will announce them on this page.
